Below you will find my secure booking form.

I like to keep things smooth, simple, &well organized so Completing the form allows me to review everything in one place & make sure were a great fit before moving forward.

If you are not comfortable filling out the form, you are welcome to email me directly with a brief introduction.

Once I’ve had a chance to review your screening, I will reach out with next steps to coordinate availability.

A thoughtful introduction always stands out. I truly appreciate when someone takes a moment to share a bit about themselves as I love getting to know people.

Screening is required for all new friends. It is quick, discreet, and simply ensures a comfortable experience for both of us.

please be prepared to provide one of the screening methods listed below:

  • employment verification (linkeldn with 100+ connections, company website profile, or work email)

  • A valid non expired copy of your gov’t issued ID (license # & first line of address can be covered everything else I need to see)

  • Two recent provider references (website links & active presence only, seen within the last 6-12 months)

  • a recent photo or selfie is strongly preferred so I know what you look like for my safety as I am selective.

I do not accept P411 or other third-party websites as a form of screening.

I am generally available daily, including evenings.

Weekday appointments typically begin around 9:30–10:00 AM & am available until 10pm, I’m available later with proper request. A late-night fee my apply after 10pm.

Advance notice is always appreciated, though I am occasionally able to accommodate same-day evening requests when my schedule allows & often daytime when noted on my calendar (coming soon) It never hurts to inquire. Weekends offer the most flexibility.

Longer appointments are always prioritized in my schedule.

I am selective and do not meet everyone who reaches out. I am also truly low volume.

If you do not see a reply, please check your spam folder and allow up to 24 hours for a response, though I usually reply much sooner.
